Nail trimming is very important in the care of a glider. Gliders don’t shed their nails like cats and some other animals. they must be trimmed every 2-3 weeks. Neglecting to do this can cause serious injury to your glider. Their nails can even curl in on themselves. Most exotics vets will do it for you for a price. If you have anyone nearby with gliders that do their own nail, they may do yours as well for a cheaper price. There are also many videos online that can show you how to do them.
